I am beyond blessed to have joined this company and help Tera grow and build to improve our clients lives. As a transplant new to Wyoming I was extremely excited to accept a position at The Olive Branch in August 2021. As someone who’s life that is touched by autism, I was eager to learn as much as possible about ABA. I very quickly found a passion for this field and a drive to do everything possible to improve the lives of the AMAZING clients we serve. Being empowered to incorporate my artistic nature to enhance the learning spaces as well as my enthusiasm for sharing what I’ve learned with my peers lead to my role as Clinic Design Coordinator and my participation on the Training Team. Elise Felicio

M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Hi, my name is Elise, I recently moved from North Dakota from Alaska.  I am originally from Tennessee, moved to West Virginia for a few years, and then I lived in Virginia.  Virginia is where I was introduced to ABA in 2012.  Since then, I was trained and learned how to implement ABA as a nanny in the natural environment and then as a therapist.  Once I saw the benefits of ABA and how much I enjoyed it, I decided to pursue it as a career.  In 2018, I moved to Alaska and became a Registered Behavior Technician and completed my hours towards becoming a BCBA.

My educational background is a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University, a Master’s in Education in Special Education with a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University and will begin my Doctorate in Education in Educational Psychology from Regent University.

My passion is early intervention and education.  I have experience and enjoy working in all settings, in-home, clinic, and schools.  Along with providing services in ABA, I am a Master IEP Coach®.  I strive to collaborate with families and other providers in finding strategies to help clients meet their short term and long-term goals.
